As promised, we got the white glove lady to show us a peek at the back of Janet Stone's Best of Show Quilt Crazy Four Ewe. Look at how the letters are totally different from the front of the quilt. Amazing!

You can watch Janet here at TQS in Show 1401: From ABC to BOM - Tips and Techniques Just for "Ewe".

I just saw this gorgeous creation at Road. In case you aren't quite sure, the back is another alphabet. It is truly spectacular

Love it! I just did this on a baby quilt but on a much simpler scale. I am in awe of such talent!

I was lucky enough to talk to her at the show. Fabulous quilt and well deserved to win. She said she constructed the letter block off the quilt and added them after the background was quilted. That’s how you see the letters in the back but blocks on the front. Genius!

I was lucky enough to see this in person, and it's fantastic. I hope she will create patterns for her quilts some day, because I learned so much making her TQS BOM. Thanks for the inspiration.
