Lady Millie by Linda Roy was made for her granddaughter, who she calls a "girly girl." Linda used various techniques and designs, including ruching, embroidery, and scallops, to create a very feminine look. What a lovely gift for a little girl.

Linda's quilt was on exhibit at the International Quilt Festival in Houston 2018.
