Different Values Can Influences Creative Choices

Blair Stocker is a pro at color value, and in this week's show she shares examples of fabrics and how they interact with each other, and how subtle differences can be detected using a Ruby Ruler. The Quilt Show Puzzle: A Slice of Australian History
"Marjory's Quilt" by Lessa Siegele

Lessa wanted to share some of the history of Australia with the people down under, so she made Marjory's Quilt, which is a re-do of an early Australian quilt that belonged to a friend of hers that had been passed down. Lessa estimates that the original quilt that this one was based on is from the middle 1800s.
