RETURN POLICY

PRODUCTS:  We want you to be happy with your purchase! We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase on items you are not satisfied with, provided they are unopened and in new condition.  Due to copyright laws patterns, books, CD's/DVD's/Software and Digital Downloads may not be returned.

If a product in your order is incorrect, defective, damaged or missing, please contact our customer service department at (925) 203-5612 or go to our Help Section and submit a ticket under the category "Store Issues" and we will provide you with return instructions. 

A refund will be credited back to the original form of payment once your return has been processed.

MEMBERSHIPS:  We offer no refunds on any membership fees.  If you cancel your membership at any time, your recurring billing will cancel and your credit card will not be charged any future membership fees. You WILL still have access to your account for the original membership term!
